I couldn't be happier with the work of Bloomfield. They were professional from start to finish. Calling the office always resulted in a friendly person answering the phone, no call went unanswered. Brianna and everyone else I spoke to was very helpful and patient. Nick and his crew came on time every single morning, worked tirelessly, were courteous, professional, clean, and filled me in on anything that came up. I've also setup two service calls, both were handled the same day by techs that came in and were more than thorough in testing out the system, and also in explaining what the issue was and what was done. The office and/or tech also called to confirm each appointment, and one time they also sent an email reminder with a picture of the tech scheduled to visit. They even submitted all equipment warranties in my name and then mailed me the information. Everything they do goes to show that this is a well managed and organized company, true professionals who do the job right with above and beyond customer service.
