These guys were a pleasure to deal with. It is never fun replacing a furnace, b/c it is not a cheap endeavor. The owner of the company came in and explained all my options in detail. They give 3 proposals, one for each budget with a good, better and best option. Very friendly and seemed to have done good work. Also very flexible regarding follow up visits to review the system. Only 1 complaint....they left my gate open when they left, and my dog got out. Not a big deal, but make sure to remind them to close the gate when finished.
