This was the first time I had to replace my heating and cooling system. I did a ton of research. I called 4 places for quotes. The ones that did get back to me couldn't be bothered answering all my questions or the person who could never called me back. Then there's Bloomfield. The gal who answered the phone, Candace, not only took the time to answer all my questions but was sent to seminars so she could answer them. Image a company where an educated person picks up the phone! They quoted me several systems. (The higher the efficiency, the greater the cost.) They installed yesterday. Everything went perfectly. The crew chief, Jim was courteous, patient and knowable. Yea, I asked him questions too. The system is up and running as advertised. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
