We called Bloomfield Heating and Cooling to service our steam heat since it wasn't working properly- the lady at the front desk was very pleasant- she made my appointment right away- they were very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working properly before they left- We bought the service plan since it made the most sense for cost and what type of benefits you get with it- will use them again in the future!
