I have to say that Richard, the technician, was really great. He arrived after hours, 7pm, during a storm just as our power went out as he was going to fix our AC which was on the fritz on a 90 degree day. He left since there was no power which came back on two minutes after he drove away. Not only did he return and fix the problem by replacing the capacitor but he was thorough, polite, very knowledgeable. These folks installed our unit 12 years ago and have maintained it since. Highly recommend.
