He is a service technician who enjoys helping our customers—and our customers have praised his work ethic and workmanship.

Christian had worked in customer service roles in the past for a major multinational brand, working on the factory floor and later, going out in the field to service and repair air conditioning systems, which was his specialty there; he later added high-end large appliances to his repair roster. He believes strongly that all our customers deserve respect and courtesy, and approaches each service call with a true customer-centric focus.

Prior to joining our team, Christian worked for a property management firm as a technician for apartment buildings in Essex County; he serviced the HVAC system and worked on the fire alarm systems, diagnosing problems and handling repairs. (Fun fact: he studied fire alarm systems in Italy and speaks Italian in addition to his native Spanish.) Tapping into his broad experience at the manufacturer, he also repaired tenants’ appliances and proved to be an all-around excellent asset as a service technician, which shows in the work he does every day for us.
